  1. For tracking things, buffs, timers what have you, I prefer bars generally speaking. All of my characters use Heat Sink to track long cool downs like Tranquility, battle rez etc… I like this because it lets me see the cool down of the spell even if it isn’t on my bars e.g. my battle rez is bound with the Clique addon and not on my bars. When I use it Heat Sink tracks the time remaining. I do use Power Auras on my Priest which is the only character I have it set up for.

Specifically for my Druid, I use BadKitty. I have it set up to show bars with timers for SR, Rake, Rip, PS, TF and Berserk. It can also track combo points, Thrash, energy and others.
To track my combo points, Omen of Clarity clear casting procs, damage output and healing I use Scrolling Combat Text. With combo points, it displays the number “1 CP” and when I reach five it says “5 CP Finish It”. You can customize SCT to show lots of things like resists, interrupts, dispels, buffs/debuffs, combat flags, killing blows, skill ups and many more.

All of the addons I’ve mentioned are available at curse and I will give links to them.
